International internships
Cognis is very interested in skilled and highly motivated students who would also like to gain some work experiences abroad while studying. To support you and to ensure you can be successful in a new cultural environment as well as contributing to real business projects, we would like to get to know you beforehand, ideally through a first internship at Cognis in your home country.

Selection process
Interns who apply to Cognis Deutschland are selected following a personal interview with the department involved.

In this process, your personality is of the greatest importance to us. We highly value new ideas, confidence and openness. In addition, we are looking for strong analytical abilities, structured thinking, and some practical experience in your own field.
