Salaries for managerial staff and for employees paid at negotiated rates are determined in accordance with the Target Outstanding Performance System (TOP). In addition to a fixed base salary, you will receive an annual success bonus that reflects both your own personal performance and that of your team. Due to our incentive program, a considerable bonus beyond your base salary is available from day one, even to junior managers.

Outstanding performance by our sales employees are recognized through the Sales Incentive Plan, another performance-based bonus system.
